I've led teams, built brands, won awards, and helped my clients succeed. While my real passion is writing, there are, and have been, aspects of the job that I've enjoyed almost as much. Collaborating with others who also love what they do is one. Building business relationships that are personal, not just professional, is another. Lastly, doing my part to help younger talent develop and "leave the nest" for bigger and better things, (although I always missed them dearly when they flew off), has always been one of my favorites.

MORE ABOUT ME
Early on, I bounced from agency to agency in search of both adventure and portfolio pieces, doing time at shops like McCann-Erickson, Saatchi & Saatchi, NW Ayer, and TracyLocke. I then did the "client-side," thing, including a few years with Walt Disney; not him personally -- cryogenic state and all -- but the company he left behind.
As a result, I've had the good fortune to contribute to some of the world's most respected brands; from Jack Henry, Bank of America, and Pepsi to Disney, Pizza Hut, Sunbelt, and Coca-Cola, among many others.
